Homosexuals have some good news

The Union health minister, Ambumani Ramadoss, has advocated legalizing homosexuality. Only recently, however, his Government had passed a law relating to prostitution that makes it so easier for the police, and the like, to harass anyone in the name of protecting female sex workers.
The minister says India was witnessing a stabilisation of the HIV epidemic. And thus, his ministry favoures legalising homosexuality. It also stood for removing discrimination against other vulnerable sections in the society like the sex workers.
He says such moves will help contain spread of the dreaded HIV virus.
