For the British, phone sex is as good

The British love phone sex nearly as much as the real sex itself. A new survey in Britain has revealed that 48 per cent enjoy phone sex. Women are more even likely to indulge in the act. Nearly 50 per cent of the persons surveyed, admitted they have tried spanking, a weird form of sex. In the case of men it's 44 per cent.
"Attitudes towards spanking and bondage are changing. It seems that people, particularly those living in cities and urban areas, are becoming far more open to alternative sexual behaviour. The boom in sex chats is positively healthy. Phone sex is actually a pretty safe activity. You can't get pregnant and you can't get STD (sexually transmitted disease)," The Sun quoted UK Sex Report's author Christine Webber as saying.
The survey also revealed a huge increase in online sex. Almost one in three of those questioned, 32 per cent of men and 22 per cent of women, have pleasured themselves while talking over the computer.
The survey has also found that one in five men are interested in wife swapping. However, they are unlikely to be entertained to their fantasies as only one in 20 women is turned on by the idea of a swap.

If you thought business meetings are what they are called, business meetings, and nothing but business matter there, think again.
Some top business professionals say the humble biscuit plays an integral role in influencing company directors, entrepreneurs and budget holders at the boardroom meetings.
A research by Holiday Inn Hotels & Resort, revealed that the quality and type of biscuits presented in a meeting can make or break a deal.
In what is considered the first ever 'Business Biscuit Study', Holiday Inn surveyed more than 1,000 business professionals across the UK. 58% of those surveyed said that the biscuits served in a meeting can "positively influence a company's first impressions" and a massive 80% said that biscuits improve the quality and outcome of a meeting.
Those in the legal profession are most likely to be influenced by a good quality biscuit (67%), followed by sales, media or marketing professionals (65%). Some 59% of public sector workers agreed that biscuits can have a 'favourable influence' during a meeting.
Overall, nearly half 47% of those quizzed thought that it was very important to serve biscuits during a meeting. Almost two-thirds (64%) confessed that the quality of biscuits offered was a matter of note or discussion. Surprisingly, biscuits were also deemed the second most important aspect of the boardroom. Behind only tables and chairs and had priority over lighting, technology and artwork.

News reports say Japanese girls, on an average, expect to live until they are 86 years old. This would make them the longest survivors in the world.
Boys born in 2007 can expect to live to the age of 79.2, ranking third after Iceland and Hong Kong, a report said. Does it mean Japan will become the land of widows?
Japan's females have topped the world's longevity ranks for 23 years. Researchers have attributed this to their healthy diet and tight social ties, among other reasons.
The report is the latest sign that Japan is ageing quicker than any other country. Government data show a tenth of the population aged 75 years or older.
